Beth spent the first 11 years of her career at the Steadman Hawkins clinic in Denver. There she had the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with some incredible orthopedic surgeons and a high volume of athletic minded patients. She has worked with a diverse clientele, including professional athletes, weekend warriors, and individuals recovering from injury or surgery. Her approach to patient care is characterized by empathy, assessment, and closely tracking progress with objective measurements. Beth believes in physical therapy and knows that how you move matters- she will work with you to maximize your knowledge of your body and how it moves so you can return to a pain-free life.

Beth uses various treatment modalities, including manual therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction exercise, therapeutic exercises, and evidence based return to sport. Her goal is to work together with you to create a roadmap for your full recovery and be with you every step of the way.
